Making the Most of Your Summer: Visit Hopkins!

_SJS2107

We love having all four seasons here in Baltimore, but are ready to welcome summer to Hopkins!  It’s when we cheer on the O’s and attend free concerts, eat amazing food at local farmers’ markets and festivals, and so much more.  A favorite summer activity of ours is welcoming thousands of prospective students and families to campus.

We’re offering a full schedule of summer events designed to show you what it’s like to be a Blue Jay. We hope to see you on campus for one or more of the programs below:

  • Information Sessions and ToursCome for one of our regularly scheduled daily visits on weekdays and selected Saturdays. The events offer an information session led by an admissions representative and guided tours with a current student. RSVP today.
  • Visit add on: Summer SeriesOn selected dates this summer, families are encouraged to pair their campus visits with a Summer Series presentation designed to introduce a specific aspect of the Hopkins experience. Topics will include women in STEM, pursuing a career in the humanities, impacting the world with a liberal arts education, premed, and financial aid. Click here for more details and to RSVP.
  • Hopkins Previews: July 9, 16, 23, and 30These extended Saturday visits include an information session, current student panel, and campus tour. It’s great chance to hear from current students, ask questions, and get a feel for campus life. Space is limited, so RSVP today.
  • Breaking Down the College Search: Application WorkshopsJuly 13, 15, 20, and 22; Join us on the Homewood campus for a chance to learn how to prepare your strongest application. (Advance registration is required. July 15 workshop is reserved for Baltimore area students.)

We can’t wait to see you this summer!

Can’t make it to campus? Not to worry. We’re planning some off-campus presentations that will introduce you to what it’s like to live and learn on our campus—keep an eye on our website as events are added. You can also explore virtually on Hopkins Interactive from anywhere at any time.
